實(shí)驗(yàn)室水、電工程設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)

1. SCOPE OF WORK (前言)
This section sets out the design, supply, delivery, installation, and commission of water and electrical works.
這一部分介紹了水電工程的設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)輸、安裝、檢驗(yàn)等內(nèi)容。
2. brief DESCRIPTION OF THE proposed ELECTRICAL and WATER WORKS (綜述)
For island benches, electrical and water pipe or line shall be distributed under the floor by conduits to specified location provided by others; for wall benched, electrical and water pipe or line shall be distributed to specified location by conduits and pipes inside wall by others, and for laboratory contractor to complete the final connection.
水、電管路由土建方通過(guò)預(yù)埋管鋪設(shè)在地板下面，引到中央臺(tái)指定位置；對(duì)于邊臺(tái)，水、電管路由土建方埋設(shè)在墻里引到指定位置。其余工作由實(shí)驗(yàn)室承包商完成。
At island bench locations, electrical and water line shall be hidden inside the benches. At wall bench locations, electrical and water shall be hidden back the benches. Water for safety shower shall be dropped by pipe inside wall, which will be done to specified location by others.
對(duì)于中央臺(tái)，水、電管路位置隱藏在底柜中間；對(duì)于邊臺(tái)，水、電管路隱藏在底柜后面。緊急沖洗裝置的水由墻內(nèi)的預(yù)埋管引入。
3. General (綜述)
3.1 Cables, pipe, conduits, trunking, faucets and sockets shall be provided, installed and connected from tap-in point or from specified location to benches. All faucets, sockets and service columns location will be marked on the relating drawing.
實(shí)驗(yàn)室承包商從土建方留下的接入點(diǎn)開始安裝和連接各種電纜、管路、預(yù)埋管、插座、龍頭。在相關(guān)的圖上標(biāo)示所有的龍頭、插座、服務(wù)柱等內(nèi)容。
3.2 Cables and water pipe used shall be capability of authority approvals.
電纜和水管要有相關(guān)證明其可靠性。
3.3 Each fume hood shall be 2 electricity outputs, one cold-water faucet complying with owner’s requirement. Power sockets for benches will be shown in the relative plan view.
每個(gè)通風(fēng)柜有2個(gè)電器插座，一個(gè)冷水龍頭來(lái)滿足用戶的要求。工作臺(tái)上的電源插座在相關(guān)側(cè)面圖上標(biāo)示。
3.4 The switches and power sockets for fume hoods shall be placed on the outside of the fume hood.
所有的開關(guān)和插座都需安裝在通風(fēng)柜外部。
3.5 All switch socket outlets and switches shall be labeled referencing each outlet to its respective breaker in the electrical distribution board.
控制箱中所有空氣斷路器都有標(biāo)示其所聯(lián)的開關(guān)和插座。
3.6 Necessary approval shall be obtained to ensure the installation is carried out according to local codes & regulations. All electrical installation and testing carried out shall be documented to demonstrate compliance with the required specifications. All records and documentation shall be submitted to the owner.
安裝過(guò)程要符合地方法規(guī)，所有電器的安裝和檢驗(yàn)都要滿足設(shè)定的要求并記錄。這些記錄文檔將交付最終用戶。
3.7 All power outlets shall be located at a safe distance from sinks, water taps and emergency shower.
所有電源、電器離水槽、緊急沖洗裝置等有一定的安全距離。 
3.8 Instrument grounding to be establish at suitable side of laboratory building. Some special instrument, such as XRF, AAS, and ICP, should be grounding design within 0.5 Ω.
在實(shí)驗(yàn)室建筑合適的位置設(shè)立儀器接地裝置，某些儀器XRF、AAS、ICP等需要有接地，接地電阻小于0.5 Ω。
4. DELIVERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING (運(yùn)輸、存儲(chǔ)和安裝)
Delivery shall be scheduled so that spaces are sufficiently complete to enable equipment to be installed immediately following delivery.
需要有時(shí)間表來(lái)確定運(yùn)輸時(shí)間保證實(shí)驗(yàn)室有足夠的空間來(lái)存儲(chǔ)配件，可以在運(yùn)輸?shù)胶篑R上安裝。
5. INSTALLATION (安裝)

5.1 All works shall comply with the requirements of the relevant Standards & Approvals and shall be approved by a qualified electrical and service engineer.
所有的安裝工作都要滿足相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并經(jīng)過(guò)電氣工程師的驗(yàn)證。
5.2 The electrical lines shall be sufficiently separated from LAN and telephone lines to avoid interference.
電器線路要和局域網(wǎng)、電話線路分開，避免信號(hào)干擾。
6. TESTING AND Commissioning (檢驗(yàn))
Test method shall be submitted for approval. All and test results shall be submitted to the OWNER for evaluation and acceptance.
檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程要提交證明。所有結(jié)果要提交給用戶。
7. Warranty (保證)
There shall be 1 (one) year warranty on parts and labor from the date of hand over of the project.
從工程交付日起，有一年的質(zhì)量保證期。
The warranty shall apply to manufacturing defects and other defects caused during transportation, installation and commissioning caused by the Contractor or its nominated sub-contractor only.
在運(yùn)輸、安裝、檢驗(yàn)過(guò)程中由實(shí)驗(yàn)室承包商或相關(guān)分包商引起的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，都進(jìn)行保證。
